Hayward SPX1411B Threaded Return / Inlet Faceplate, White (1-1/2" FPT Eyeball Threads, 3-1/2" Face)
Hayward SPX1411B is a genuine replacement threaded return/inlet faceplate used on compatible Hayward vinyl wall return fittings. This is the 4-hole, threaded “old style” faceplate with 1-1/2" female threads on the inside where the return eyeball assembly screws in. Replace a cracked, brittle, or missing faceplate to restore a secure return opening and proper eyeball fit.

Fit Notes (Important)
- This is the threaded-eyeball faceplate style. Some newer return fittings use a non-threaded faceplate where the eyeball threads into the return body instead.
- Confirm you have the 4-hole faceplate and that your eyeball currently threads into the faceplate before ordering.
Installation Notes
- For vinyl pools, replace gaskets as needed and tighten screws evenly to avoid warping or leaks.
- Do not overtighten screws into plastic fittings—snug and even is best.
- If screw holes are stripped or the return body is cracked, the full return fitting may need replacement.

Maintenance Tips
- Inspect return faceplates seasonally for cracking, UV brittleness, or loose screws.
- Replace gaskets whenever the faceplate is removed to help prevent leaks behind the liner.
- Keep the eyeball assembly snug and replace it if it won’t hold position or the threads are worn.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
