Maintenance Tips
- If the jet action feels weak or stops rotating, check for debris inside the internal and confirm your filter and pump baskets are clean.
- Calcium buildup can restrict movement—clean the face and internal surfaces as needed (use pool/spa-safe products).
- Avoid forcing the internal during removal/installation; align threads carefully to prevent cross-threading.
- Keep water chemistry balanced to reduce scale and extend the life of jet components.

- Orders costing more than $300 WILL be required to have signature confirmation upon delivery.
- Handling time is typically only 1 day.
- Any item ordered after 1pm Phoenix time, may not ship same-day.

Return Policy:
- All products, except as noted below, are eligible for return up to 30 days after receipt of item.
- For returns, an RMA form must be filled out HERE or customers can call for additional help.
- Shipping costs will be deducted from all returned items.
- Any item that is missing accessories, original packaging, or is not returned in the same condition that it was received in, may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 100% based on the condition we receive it in.
- Items broken, damaged, or inoperable due to installer error will not be refunded.
