Description

A genuine replacement kit of O-rings designed for the 2″ nominal inlet and outlet connections on compatible Raypak pool and spa heaters, ensuring a proper seal and preventing leaks.

Compatibility & Fitment

  • Fits Raypak heater models with 2″ inlet/outlet ports which require the O-ring part number 006724F.
  • Use when the current O-rings show signs of wear, cracking, leaks, deformation, or when servicing the heater’s plumbing connections.
  • Direct replacement for installations originally specifying part number 006724F.

Features & Specifications

  • Kit includes two sets of O-rings (two rings per set) sized for 2″ heater inlet/outlet connections.
  • Material is a pool-rated elastomer suitable for thermal and chemical exposure in heater plumbing applications.
  • Helps maintain watertight seal at the plumbing interface, reducing potential for leaks and loss of heater efficiency.

Installation Notes

Turn off power and fuel supply, relieve system pressure, and shut off water flow. Remove the section of heater plumbing requiring the seal, clean the mating surfaces thoroughly, replace the old O-rings with the new kit, reassemble the connections and restore flow. Check for leaks after heater reaches operating temperature.

Maintenance Tip

Inspect inlet/outlet seals annually, especially in pool chemical environments or where thermal cycling is frequent. Replace the O-rings if they show flattening, hardness, cracking or if the heater begins to leak at the plumbing junctions to maintain safe and efficient operation.

Return Policy:

  • All products, except as noted below, are eligible for return up to 30 days after receipt of item.
  • For returns, an RMA form must be filled out HERE or customers can call for additional help.
  • Shipping costs will be deducted from all returned items.
  • Any item that is missing accessories, original packaging, or is not returned in the same condition that it was received in, may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 100% based on the condition we receive it in. 
  • Items broken, damaged, or inoperable due to installer error will not be refunded.
  • Fill out the return form or give us a call to obtain an RMA and return shipping label.

  • No returns on opened seals and o-rings.
  • No returns on capacitors.
  • If a light is returned because it "doesn't work" and it tests fine, the cost to ship and a re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • All products denied upon arrival at customers house WILL be charged the cost to ship.
  • Visa Gift Card Promotions: Gift cards are sent within 14 days of the order. When accepting the Visa Gift card, you agree that if your order is returned or refunded, this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
