Installation & Maintenance Tips
- Shut off power/gas and relieve system pressure before opening any header/flange connection.
- Clean both mating surfaces completely (remove residue and debris) so the new gasket can seat evenly.
- Tighten flange fasteners evenly in a crisscross pattern to reduce the chance of pinching the gasket.
- After restart, inspect for seepage while the heater is running and warm; re-check fastener tightness if needed.
- If you see repeated leaks, inspect the flange/header faces for corrosion or distortion and correct the root cause before reassembling.

Return Policy:
- All products, except as noted below, are eligible for return up to 30 days after receipt of item.
- For returns, an RMA form must be filled out HERE or customers can call for additional help.
- Shipping costs will be deducted from all returned items.
- Any item that is missing accessories, original packaging, or is not returned in the same condition that it was received in, may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 100% based on the condition we receive it in.
- Items broken, damaged, or inoperable due to installer error will not be refunded.
