Installation Instructions
- Turn off power and gas supply to the heater before performing any service.
- Remove the access panel and note the routing of the original pilot tube.
- Disconnect the old tube from the pilot assembly and sensor fittings, remove it carefully.
- Install the new 004078F tube along the same routing path, connect fittings securely, and double-check orientation.
- Restore gas and power, and run the heater through a start sequence to confirm proper ignition and stable pilot flame.
Troubleshooting
- No pilot flame or loss of ignition: Check that the pilot tube is connected correctly, free of kinks, and that gas supply is present.
- Pilot flame unstable or yellow: Ensure the tube is properly routed away from excessive heat, inspect for damage or blockage, and verify gas pressure.
- Gas smell around heater: Shut off the unit immediately, inspect all connections and fittings, and confirm proper leak-proof installation of the pilot tube.
Maintenance Tip
Inspect the pilot tube and fittings annually during routine heater maintenance. Replace the tube if you see kinks, corrosion, or faded signage to ensure safe ignition and help prolong the life of your heater system.

Return Policy:
- All products, except as noted below, are eligible for return up to 30 days after receipt of item.
- For returns, an RMA form must be filled out HERE or customers can call for additional help.
- Shipping costs will be deducted from all returned items.
- Any item that is missing accessories, original packaging, or is not returned in the same condition that it was received in, may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 100% based on the condition we receive it in.
- Items broken, damaged, or inoperable due to installer error will not be refunded.

- If a light is returned because it "doesn't work" and it tests fine, the cost to ship and a re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

When accepting the Visa Gift card, you agree that if your order is returned or refunded, this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
