Installation & Maintenance Tips
- Shut off power and gas, relieve system pressure, and let the heater cool completely before service.
- Clean and inspect all sealing surfaces; pitting/warping at the header faces can cause repeat leaks even with new seals.
- Tighten fasteners evenly in a crisscross pattern to avoid pinched O-rings/gaskets.
- Correct the root cause of the failure (water chemistry, scale, low flow, or bypass issues) to prevent premature damage to the new tube bundle. If the old bundle failed from hydraulic/chemistry issues, inspect the bypass assembly and consider replacing the Unitherm Governor.
- Maintain proper water balance (especially pH and calcium hardness) and keep the filter clean to protect the exchanger from scaling and overheating.

Return Policy:
- All products, except as noted below, are eligible for return up to 30 days after receipt of item.
- For returns, an RMA form must be filled out HERE or customers can call for additional help.
- Shipping costs will be deducted from all returned items.
- Any item that is missing accessories, original packaging, or is not returned in the same condition that it was received in, may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 100% based on the condition we receive it in.
- Items broken, damaged, or inoperable due to installer error will not be refunded.

- If a light is returned because it "doesn't work" and it tests fine, the cost to ship and a re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
