Installation & Maintenance Tips

  • Operate the valve through its full range occasionally to prevent buildup from stiffening the diverter over time.
  • Keep the equipment area clean—dirt/sand around the lid can shorten seal life when servicing.
  • If the handle becomes difficult to turn, inspect for plumbing strain or debris; do not force the handle against hard stops.
  • When servicing the lid/screws, tighten evenly and avoid over-tightening to protect the valve body.

Return Policy:

  • All products, except as noted below, are eligible for return up to 30 days after receipt of item.
  • For returns, an RMA form must be filled out HERE or customers can call for additional help.
  • Shipping costs will be deducted from all returned items.
  • Any item that is missing accessories, original packaging, or is not returned in the same condition that it was received in, may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 100% based on the condition we receive it in. 
  • Items broken, damaged, or inoperable due to installer error will not be refunded.

  • If a light is returned because it "doesn't work" and it tests fine, the cost to ship and a re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
