Compatibility & Installation Notes
This O-ring is intended for use in Jandy CV/CL cartridge filter tanks and DEV/DEL series D.E. filters. Before installing, verify the filter model number and ensure the tank body and lid seating surfaces are clean and undamaged. A proper seal ensures optimal filtration performance.
Installation Instructions
- Turn off the pump and relieve pressure in the filter system.
- Remove the filter lid and lift out the old O-ring.
- Clean the sealing surfaces thoroughly—remove dirt, debris or residue.
- Place the new R0357800 O-ring in the groove, ensuring it sits evenly.
- Reinstall the lid, restore circulation and monitor for proper sealing and pressure stability.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance
- Leak or drip at lid seam: Check whether the O-ring is seated correctly, inspect for damage or misalignment in the lid or tank flange.
- Air bubbles in system or loss of prime: A compromised lid seal could allow air ingress—replace the O-ring if worn or hardened.
- Hard or brittle O-ring: If the old O-ring is flattened, cracked or chemical‐damaged, replacement is recommended immediately.
Maintenance Tip
Inspect the O-ring each service interval—especially when performing filter maintenance or cartridge replacement. Keeping the seal in good condition helps extend filter service life, maintain proper flow, and avoid unexpected downtime.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- Chemical products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

- Pool cleaners are not eligible for return.
- Opened seals and o-rings are not eligible for return.

- Automation components and circuit boards are not eligible for return.
- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
