Applications & Compatibility
This assembly is compatible with a wide range of pool filters including Jandy cartridge (CL, CV), D.E. (DEL, DEV) and sand (JS) series models. It is used when the existing gauge is unreadable, leaking, or when the air-release valve is malfunctioning. Verify your filter lid configuration before installing.
Installation Instructions
- Turn off the pump and relieve pressure in the filter tank before installing.
- Remove the old gauge/valve assembly and clean the mounting port.
- Install the R0357200 assembly using the included O-ring; hand-tighten then secure per manufacturer guidance.
- Restore circulation, press the air-release button to remove trapped air, and monitor the gauge for normal operating pressure.
Troubleshooting
- Gauge stuck at a high reading: Verify the system was bled of air, confirm proper flow and check for clogged cartridge or grids.
- Air release valve leaks: Ensure the button is fully seated and O-ring is clean; replace if damaged.
- No gauge reading: Confirm proper connection, that the gauge is not blocked, and that pressure is reaching the port.
Maintenance Tip
Inspect the gauge and air-release valve annually as part of filter maintenance. Replace when the gauge face is fogged, the needle sticks or if the air-release leaks. Keeping this component in top condition helps protect your filter and pump system from damage due to undetected high pressure or trapped air.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- Opened seals and o-rings are not eligible for return.

- Automation components and circuit boards are not eligible for return.
- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
