Installation & Maintenance Tips

- Lubricate the O-rings lightly with a pool-safe silicone lubricant before tightening the union nut to avoid leaks and ensure easy future removal.
- Hand-tighten union nuts snugly, then give a final slight snug-up — avoid over-tightening to prevent cracking.
- Inspect O-rings periodically (seasonally or annually) for compression set, cracks or wear — replace O-rings if seal integrity is compromised.
- Before startup, always prime the pump and inspect for leaks — check union seals if water loss or air intrusion occurs.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
