Description
This transformer kit supplies a 24 VAC output from a standard 120 VAC input and is designed to power the control panel in automation systems such as the Jandy AquaLink RS, Jandy PureLink, and other Zodiac/Jandy power centers.
Compatibility & Fitment
- Compatible with Jandy/AquaLink RS and Jandy AquaSwitch power centers (models 6612F, 6613, 6614, 7488, 7300).
- Replaces previous part numbers 6612 and some JDY-301-5081 variants.
- Suitable for both residential in-ground pool automation control systems requiring a 24 VAC control supply.

Installation Notes
Shut off all power at the breaker to the control panel. Remove the cover, disconnect the old transformer leads and mounting screws. Mount the new R0466400 transformer in the original location, connect the primary (120 VAC) and secondary (24 VAC) leads correctly based on wiring schematic. Secure all covers, restore power, and verify 24 VAC is present at the control board before engaging system functions.
Maintenance Tip
Inspect the control enclosure annually for signs of overheating, vibration, or corrosion near the transformer mounting. Ensure proper ventilation in the panel, clean dust or debris, and verify that the output remains 24 VAC. Replacing the transformer at first sign of erratic automation behavior or absence of 24 VAC can prevent more serious system failure.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- The Pentair Colorsync 618031 is not eligible for return.
- Pool cleaners are not eligible for return.
- Opened seals and o-rings are not eligible for return.
- Capacitors are not eligible for return.
- Plastic popup tools are not eligible for return.
- Automation components and circuit boards are not eligible for return.
- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
