Installation & Maintenance Tips
- Dry-fit your plumbing first to confirm spacing and handle clearance before gluing.
- Use fresh primer/cement and follow cure times (temperature and humidity affect cure time).
- Avoid over-torquing the handle; ball valves are designed for a firm quarter-turn, not “cranking down.”
- Operate the valve periodically (especially seasonal pools) to help prevent stiffness from scale or debris.
- If the valve becomes hard to turn, inspect upstream debris/scale and confirm the valve is not installed under pipe stress.

- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
