Description

A white Schedule 40 PVC 90-degree sweep elbow designed for smooth flow in pool and spa plumbing. Connects 1½″ socket (slip) to 1½″ socket (slip) to allow a gradual turn with minimal turbulence.

Compatibility & Fitment

  • Fits pool and spa plumbing systems that utilize 1½″ nominal Schedule 40 PVC socket connections.
  • Use when the existing elbow is cracked, leaking, worn, or you’re upgrading plumbing for improved flow or durability.
  • Drop-in replacement for installations specifying part number 411-9110.

Installation Notes

Turn off system flow and relieve pressure before servicing. Cut or prepare the pipe end square and clean. Apply appropriate PVC primer and solvent cement to both the pipe end and inner elbow socket. Insert the pipe fully into the elbow, hold until set, and allow proper cure time before restoring circulation. Inspect for leaks and proper alignment.

Maintenance Tip

Inspect the elbow periodically for signs of cracking, discoloration, chemical damage or excessive stress. Replace immediately if you observe leaks, wall thinning, or deformation to maintain safe, reliable plumbing operation.

Return Policy:

  • All products, except as noted below, are eligible for return up to 30 days after receipt of item.
  • For returns, an RMA form must be filled out HERE or customers can call for additional help.
  • Shipping costs will be deducted from all returned items.
  • Any item that is missing accessories, original packaging, or is not returned in the same condition that it was received in, may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 100% based on the condition we receive it in. 
  • Items broken, damaged, or inoperable due to installer error will not be refunded.
  • Fill out the return form or give us a call to obtain an RMA and return shipping label.

  • If a light is returned because it "doesn't work" and it tests fine, the cost to ship and a re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • All products denied upon arrival at customers house WILL be charged the cost to ship.
