Installation & Usage Notes

Before servicing, turn off the pump and relieve system pressure. Remove the old cartridge, rinse the filter tank and place the new C-7699 element securely into position. Reassemble the tank, restore circulation and verify that pressure returns to normal operating range.

Maintenance Tips

Clean the cartridge whenever the pressure rises 8–10 psi above clean starting pressure.
Rinse pleats thoroughly using low-pressure water to avoid damaging the media.
Replace the cartridge when pleats show wear, collapse, or when cleaning no longer restores proper flow.

Return Policy:

All products, except as noted below, are eligible for return up to 30 days after receipt of item.
For returns, an RMA form must be filled out HERE or customers can call for additional help.
Shipping costs will be deducted from all returned items.
Any item that is missing accessories, original packaging, or is not returned in the same condition that it was received in, may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 100% based on the condition we receive it in.
Items broken, damaged, or inoperable due to installer error will not be refunded.
