Technical Products SP-204 Winter Expansion Plug #4 – For 3/4" Tube
The Technical Products SP-204 is a #4 rubber winter expansion plug designed to seal 3/4" inside-diameter (ID) lines/tubes during pool winterization. Tightening the wing nut compresses the rubber, causing it to expand and grip the inside of the pipe to create a secure, watertight seal that helps keep water out after the line is blown out.

Installation Notes
- Insert the plug into a clean, dry pipe opening.
- Tighten the wing nut until the rubber expands and seals firmly.
- Do not overtighten—tighten only until snug and leak-free.
- Remove in spring by loosening the wing nut and pulling the plug straight out.

Maintenance Tips
- Measure the inside diameter of the line opening to confirm size—winter plugs are sized by the hole they seal.
- After tightening, confirm the plug is secure and not able to be pulled out easily.
- Store plugs clean and dry in the off-season to extend rubber life.
- If the rubber is cracked, stiff, or won’t expand evenly, replace the plug before winterizing.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
