Applications & Fitment
This tool is ideally suited for spa or gunite pool jets built with Waterway’s poly jet housing systems. It is particularly useful when servicing screw-in jets where the housing or internal insert needs replacement, or when testing plumbing runs by temporarily capping a jet port. Confirm your jet body model prior to use to ensure compatibility.
Usage Instructions
- Turn off all circulation and relieve water pressure in the spa/pool before servicing.
- Use the wrench end to engage the flats of the poly jet faceplate and apply leverage to install or remove the jet housing.
- For leak or flow testing, reverse the tool and insert the plug end into the jet port, seating it securely to allow testing of the plumbing run.
- After servicing or testing, remove the tool, reinstall proper jet insert or housing, restore circulation, and inspect for correct operation and sealing.
Troubleshooting
- Wrench won’t engage jet faceplate: Check that the jet faceplate is the Waterway poly screw-in style and that the tool’s flats match; some deluxe or alternate jet models may use different dimensions.
- Test plug leaks or doesn’t seat: Confirm the port is clean, the seat surface is flat and free of debris; ensure proper orientation of the plug end and re-test.
- Tool cracked or deformed: Discontinue use and replace—damage can compromise service safety and lead to jet/housing damage or injury.
Maintenance Tip
After each service use, rinse the tool to remove chemical residue, inspect for any wear or cracking, and store in a dry, shaded location to prolong life. Keeping this service tool in good condition ensures smooth jet servicing and helps reduce downtime on spa or gunite pool maintenance jobs.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.
- Please complete the return form to receive your RMA number and return shipping label.
- Chemical products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

- Pool cleaners are not eligible for return.
- Opened seals and o-rings are not eligible for return.
- Capacitors are not eligible for return.
- Plastic popup tools are not eligible for return.
- Automation components and circuit boards are not eligible for return.
- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
