Installation & Compatibility Notes
Before installing the seal, shut off power to the pump/motor, drain the pump housing, and remove the old seal. Clean the shaft and seal plate surfaces free of debris and corrosion. Install the PS-1000 assembly ensuring correct orientation of the stationary ring and rotating element. Reassemble the seal plate, reinstall the motor/pump and prime the system. After startup, confirm there is no water leakage along the shaft and that the pump operates quietly.
Maintenance Tips
- Check for leaks or water seeping into the motor during routine maintenance; early detection prevents motor damage.
- If the pump has been removed or the wet end disassembled, always replace the shaft seal rather than re-using the old one.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.
