Description
A heavy-duty winter cover designed for in-ground rectangular pools. Crafted from reinforced polyethylene material with double-stitched seams and an oversized overlap to help prevent debris, freezing water, and damage during off-season months.
Compatibility & Fitment
- Fits in-ground rectangular pools up to approximately 30′ × 50′ when using the 35′ × 55′ cover size (5′ overlap on each side).
- Use when your existing cover is worn, torn, leaking, or you want a higher-quality replacement to protect against winter elements.
- Drop-in replacement for installations specifying part number CO83555R.
Features & Specifications
- Cover size (nominal pool size): 30′ × 50′ with a cover dimension of approx. 35′ × 55′ to allow proper overlap.
- Material: Polyethylene with heavy-duty 8×8 scrim weaving and UV-stable treatment for long life.
- Color: Blue top surface, black underside to help reduce algae growth beneath the cover.
- Includes perimeter grommets and tie-down cable/ratchet system for secure fitting.
- Warranty: 8-year limited against workmanship or UV failure (as specified by manufacturer).
Installation Notes
Remove pool accessories and loosely spread the cover over the water surface allowing the overlap to fall evenly along the pool edges. Thread the cable through the grommets, ratchet the cable tight so the cover lies flat but not overly stressed, and ensure the water tube sleeves (if included) are aligned for attachments. For best performance, place water bags or pillows around the perimeter to hold the cover in place and prevent sagging.
Maintenance Tip
Periodically check the cover for debris accumulation or heavy rainfall snow loads. Clear standing water from the surface and inspect seams and grommets for wear. At the end of winter, remove the cover carefully, rinse before storage, and check for any small tears—repair as needed to extend life and protect your pool efficiently.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.
- Please complete the return form to receive your RMA number and return shipping label.
- Chemical products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
- The Pentair Colorsync 618031 is not eligible for return.
- Pool cleaners are not eligible for return.
- Opened seals and o-rings are not eligible for return.
- Capacitors are not eligible for return.
- Plastic popup tools are not eligible for return.
- Automation components and circuit boards are not eligible for return.
- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
