Installation Instructions
- Shut off the pump and relieve pressure or stop circulation before installation.
- Connect the universal adapter to a return/inlet fitting or use the return hose kit included.
- Attach the clear hose to the adapter and place the floating fountain at the desired location in the pool.
- Secure the anchor weight under the floating base to maintain stable positioning.
- Restore the pump/flow and adjust the fountain placement until the desired spray effect and height are achieved.
Troubleshooting
- Spray height too low: Ensure the hose is free of kinks, check for adequate return flow at the inlet, and confirm the adapter is properly connected.
- Fountain drifting or unstable: Make sure the anchor weight is secured and the fountain is placed away from strong currents or suction inlets.
- Inlet connection not fitting: Verify the adapter kit includes the correct fitting for your pool return/inlet and ensure it is properly tightened and sealed.
Maintenance Tip
Periodically remove and rinse the fountain base, hose and adapter to clear any debris or algae buildup. During winter or off-season, drain the hose and store the fountain indoors to protect it from freezing or sun damage. Inspect the hose and fittings before each season to ensure optimal spray performance.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
