Installation Instructions
- Ensure the pool is not in use, and follow standard pool-safety & electrical procedures when working near the deck.
- Remove the old rail if applicable, inspect the anchor sockets for condition, and clean the deck area around each mount.
- Position the ART-1001S rail in place, align the legs with the anchor sockets, and secure using the correct screws/fasteners for your pad surface.
- Check the rail for solid mounting and minimal play; ensure the top hand-bar height and spacing meet local codes or safety guidelines.
- After installation, inspect the rail daily for a few days of usage, and periodically inspect fasteners, anchor stability and finish condition.
Troubleshooting
- Rail loose or shifting: Confirm that the anchors are properly secured and that the deck bolts are correctly torqued.
- Corrosion or finish wear: If the pool is salt-water or high-chemistry, consider selecting the marine-grade (316L) option or inspecting more frequently.
- Hand rail height incorrect or unsafe: Recheck the model installation specs and local safety code requirements, reposition if needed.
Maintenance Tip
Inspect the hand rail at least once each season—check for corrosion, finish wear, bolt tightness and proper anchor condition. Tighten loosened fasteners promptly, and if you notice pitting or finish degradation, consider protective coating or replacement to maintain safety and aesthetic integrity.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- Chemical products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

- Opened seals and o-rings are not eligible for return.

- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
