The Pool Sentry M‑3000 is a portable, automatic water-level maintenance device designed to protect pools, spas, or ponds from low-water conditions. This unit uses a weighted assembly and float valve system to turn your water supply on and off—keeping your water level constant and preventing pump burnout, without requiring permanent installation.

The Pool Sentry operates much like a toilet tank float valve. Once positioned at the desired water level (commonly half‑tile height or skimmer level), a garden hose is attached, and water flow remains on. When water level drops, the float opens the valve to refill. Once the float rises to its set point, it automatically shuts off the water flow.
This unit is especially well-suited for situations where permanent plumbing isn’t practical—for example, during pool acid wash, for vacation properties, rental units, or temporary setup—and it helps avoid pump damage due to low water.
Assembly Tip: Snap together the fill tube and valve into the base, fill the internal pouch with pea gravel, attach a heavy-duty reinforced hose, and adjust the float height. No tools are needed.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.
- Please complete the return form to receive your RMA number and return shipping label.
- Chemical products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
