When to Install / Replace
Replace the hose assembly when you observe symptoms like loss of suction or water pressure, poor cleaner movement, the hose kinking or cracking, or the cleaner failing to cover the entire pool. A worn or failing hose can cause leaks, suction loss, or uneven debris pickup — replacing it restores full cleaner performance and extends the life of the cleaning system.
Installation & Maintenance Tips
- Shut off the pool pump and remove the cleaner from the pool before replacing the hose.
- Remove the old hose from the wall fitting and cleaner tailpiece; attach the new hose to the cleaner, then install the UWF connector into the pool return line.
- Ensure all hose floats and swivel connectors are positioned correctly before operation to prevent hose tangles.
- After installation, restart the system and observe cleaner movement — verify it tracks walls and floors smoothly, and that suction is strong.
- Rinse and inspect the hose periodically; replace immediately if you notice cracks, brittleness, or signs of chemical degradation.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
