How Many Do You Need?
- Most compatible Polaris cleaners use two bearings per wheel.
- A full set is commonly 8 bearings total (4 wheels x 2 bearings each), depending on your model.
- For best results, replace bearings in pairs (at minimum) to keep wheel operation consistent.
Common Signs It’s Time to Replace
- Wheels wobble side-to-side or feel loose on the axle
- Cleaner slows down, stalls, or doesn’t track straight (after confirming proper water pressure)
- Squeaking, grinding, or rough wheel rotation

Installation Notes
- Turn off the booster pump and remove the cleaner from the pool before servicing.
- Disassemble the wheel assembly and replace the worn bearings in the wheel hub (bearings should seat fully and evenly).
- After installation, confirm the wheel spins freely without binding and that the wheel spacing is correct.
- If a wheel still binds, inspect the axle/shaft and wheel hub for wear, grit, or damage.

Installation & Maintenance Tips
- Rinse the cleaner after heavy debris events—sand and grit are the #1 cause of premature bearing wear.
- If you replace tires, inspect bearings at the same time; worn bearings can ruin new tires faster.
- Keep the wall fitting screen clean and maintain proper pressure—poor flow can mimic “dragging wheel” symptoms.
- If you notice recurring bearing failures, inspect wheel hubs and axles for scoring or misalignment.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
