Installation Instructions
- Turn off power to the pump and isolate electrical supply before servicing.
- Drain or relieve pressure from the pump housing and remove the pump lid or volute to access the seal plate.
- Remove the old gasket and clean the mating surfaces of the pump housing and seal plate — ensure surfaces are dry and free of debris.
- Place the new 357100Z gasket in position, ensuring proper orientation to match the housing bolt pattern and recess.
- Reassemble the seal plate and motor coupling per manufacturer’s torque specs, then restore water flow and check for leaks.
Troubleshooting
- Leak between motor and pump housing: Confirm gasket is seated flat and not twisted; inspect for damaged or uneven bolt tightening.
- Moisture or corrosion in motor compartment: A damaged or missing gasket is a common cause—replace the gasket and clean out any intrusion before operating.
- Leak at housing seam after gasket replacement: Verify both mating flanges are clean, bolts are evenly torqued, and the motor shaft is aligned correctly.
Maintenance Tip
During annual pump service, inspect the condition of the seal plate gasket. If it shows signs of compression set, brittleness or chemical degradation, replace with a new 357100Z gasket to maintain reliable sealing and prevent future service issues.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.

- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
