If you service the equipment regularly, recheck low-voltage terminal screws once or twice per season. Vibration and thermal cycling can loosen connections over time, which can cause intermittent communication issues that mimic equipment failure.

- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
