What This Kit Replaces

  • Lightly lubricate O-rings with pool-safe silicone lubricant (do not lubricate the polished seal faces).
  • After reassembly, prime the pump fully and verify there are no leaks before returning to normal operation.

Maintenance Tip

Small suction-side air leaks and worn lid O-rings often mimic seal issues. Keep the lid O-ring clean and lightly lubricated, maintain proper water level, and address drips promptly to prevent damage to the motor and drive components.

  • If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
