Installation Notes
- Shut off the pump and relieve all filter pressure before opening the tank.
- Remove sand carefully to access the lateral hub/manifold.
- Inspect all laterals and the hub/standpipe assembly while the filter is open; replace damaged parts as needed.
- Hand-tighten laterals snugly (do not over-tighten plastic threads).
- Add water to the tank before adding sand to cushion laterals and reduce breakage risk.
- After reassembly, backwash and rinse before returning to Filter mode.

Maintenance Tips
- Backwash when pressure rises about 8–10 PSI over your clean starting pressure.
- Always rinse after backwashing (if your valve has a Rinse setting) before returning to Filter.
- Never change multiport valve positions while the pump is running.
- During sand changes, inspect laterals and the hub for hairline cracks before reassembly.

- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.

- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.

- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
