The Pentair 471083 is a genuine Quick-Flange II connection kit used on select Pentair MiniMax® 75 and MiniMax® 100 pool/spa heaters. It is designed for 1-1/2" threaded (NPT) plumbing connections and provides the parts needed to create a secure, service-friendly heater connection without cutting and re-plumbing the heater manifold.

Installation Notes
- Turn off power and gas to the heater and shut off the pump before servicing any heater plumbing.
- Relieve system pressure and allow the heater to cool before disassembly.
- Clean mating surfaces and remove old seal material/debris to reduce leak risk.
- Use appropriate thread sealant on NPT threads as needed and tighten evenly (do not over-tighten plastic components).
- After restart, inspect for leaks while the system is running and during heater operation.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.

- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
