What This Impeller Does
- Generates the pump’s water flow and pressure by converting motor rotation into water movement through the volute.
- Works with the diffuser to stabilize flow and maintain efficient hydraulic performance.
- Restores circulation when the original impeller is cracked, debris-damaged, worn, or stripped at the hub.
When to Replace
- Noticeable loss of flow/pressure after confirming baskets, filter, and plumbing are clear
- Cracked hub, broken vanes, or excessive wear at the impeller eye
- Impeller is seized from debris or stripped on the shaft
- Unusual wet-end noise traced to impeller/diffuser damage
Installation Notes
- Disconnect power at the breaker and relieve system pressure before opening the pump.
- Replace the mechanical shaft seal whenever the impeller is removed to help prevent leaks into the motor.
- Inspect the diffuser and volute for cracks/scoring; damaged wet-end parts can reduce performance and shorten impeller life.
- Install the required impeller screw (C3012) if your configuration uses it; do not reuse a stripped or corroded screw.
- During reassembly, keep O-rings clean, seated evenly, and lightly lubricated with pool-safe silicone lubricant.
Maintenance Tip
Impeller damage is often caused by restricted suction or debris bypassing the basket. Keep the pump basket clean, maintain proper water level, and address suction-side air leaks early to reduce cavitation and protect the impeller, diffuser, and shaft seal.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.

- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
