The Pentair 520736 is an OEM flow-temperature switch replacement kit for select Pentair IntelliChlor salt chlorine generator systems. This sensor confirms water flow through the cell and also provides water temperature feedback, helping prevent chlorine generation when flow is insufficient and supporting accurate system operation.

Common Symptoms of a Failed Flow/Temp Switch

Installation Notes
- Turn off power to the pump and salt system before servicing.
- Relieve pressure and drain down as needed before removing the existing switch.
- Use the included watertight splice connectors for a sealed electrical connection.
- Thread the new switch in carefully and do not over-tighten.
- After installation, restore flow and confirm the system recognizes flow and shows stable temperature.
- If flow errors persist, verify overall circulation (clean baskets/filter, open valves, adequate pump speed) and confirm the switch orientation/location matches the cell’s flow direction.

- For variable-speed pumps, confirm your salt system run speed meets the minimum flow required for chlorine generation.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.

- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.

- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
