The Pentair 523100 is an OEM flow-temperature switch replacement kit for Pentair iChlor salt chlorine generator systems. This sensor verifies water flow through the plumbing and also reports water temperature, helping the iChlor system operate safely and accurately. Replace it when the system shows persistent flow-related errors, inaccurate temperature readings, or when the original switch is leaking or damaged.

Installation Notes
- Turn off power to the pump and salt system before service.
- Relieve system pressure and drain down as needed before removing the existing switch.
- Use the included watertight splice connectors for a sealed electrical connection and route wiring away from heat and sharp edges.
- Thread the new switch in carefully and do not over-tighten (avoid damaging threads or housings).
- After installation, restore flow and verify the system recognizes flow and shows normal temperature readings.
- If flow errors persist, confirm overall circulation (clean baskets/filter, open valves, no suction/return restrictions) and verify the switch is installed in the correct location/orientation for your plumbing layout.
