The Pentair 238510 is a 1-1/2" 2/3 port low profile T-valve kit for compatible Pentair In-Floor and formerly A&A Manufacturing in-floor pool cleaning systems. This kit is designed for select side-feed, low profile actuator valves that use T-valves at the bottom of the water valve.

This replacement kit helps restore proper valve rotation, zone cycling, and water distribution when the in-floor cleaning valve is sticking, skipping zones, failing to advance, or showing signs of internal wear.

Compatibility

This kit is intended for compatible 2-port and 3-port Pentair/A&A low profile T-valve systems with a 1-1/2" valve base. It is commonly used on side-feed low profile valves where the T-valves are located at the bottom of the water valve.

Important Notes

  • This kit is for 1-1/2" 2-port and 3-port low profile T-valve systems.
  • This kit replaces the internal gear components but does not include the T-valves.
  • This is not a complete valve housing, lid assembly, band clamp, or complete actuator valve.
  • Not intended for 2" valve bases, 6-port valves, top-feed valves, or ball valve systems.
  • Confirm the existing valve style, pipe size, and port count before ordering.

  • Turn off the pool pump and relieve system pressure before opening the valve.
  • Clean debris from the valve housing before installing the new kit.
  • Inspect the T-valves, lid, O-ring, band clamp, and housing for cracks, wear, or damage during service.

Return Policy:

  • Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.

  • To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
  • Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
  • Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
  • We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

  • Opened seals and o-rings are not eligible for return.
  • Capacitors are not eligible for return.
  • Plastic popup tools are not eligible for return.
  • Automation components and circuit boards are not eligible for return.
  • If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
