The Pentair 230176 is a genuine replacement 1-1/2" T-Valve Assembly used on select Pentair In-Floor and formerly A&A in-floor pool cleaning valve systems. This replacement T-valve helps direct water flow through the valve assembly so the in-floor cleaning zones can cycle properly.
This part is commonly used when a valve is not rotating correctly, a zone is not receiving proper flow, or the existing T-valve assembly is worn, damaged, or no longer seating properly. Replacing worn valve internals can help restore proper water distribution and improve the performance of the in-floor cleaning system.

Compatibility Notes
This T-valve assembly is intended for compatible 1-1/2" Pentair In-Floor and formerly A&A valve systems. Before ordering, verify the existing valve style, pipe size, port configuration, and part number to confirm fit.
This is not the same as the 2" T-valve assembly, low profile valve kit, valve lid, o-ring, cam, impeller, or complete actuator valve assembly.
Installation Notes
Turn off the pool pump and relieve all system pressure before opening the valve. Inspect the valve lid, o-ring, clamp, housing, cam, impeller, and other internal parts for wear or damage while servicing the valve.
Proper alignment is important for correct valve operation. If the valve continues to stick, skip zones, or fail to rotate after replacing the T-valve assembly, additional internal components may need inspection or replacement.

Maintenance Tips
- Keep the pool filter clean to maintain proper pressure and flow through the in-floor valve.
- Inspect the valve if cleaning zones stop rotating, remain stuck, or lose flow.
- Replace worn o-rings, lids, clamps, cams, impellers, or damaged valve components as needed.
- Do not overtighten the valve clamp or lid hardware during reassembly.
- Check the valve for leaks after restarting the pool system.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.
- Please complete the return form to receive your RMA number and return shipping label.

- Opened seals and o-rings are not eligible for return.

- Automation components and circuit boards are not eligible for return.
- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
