Part # 14235NCM — a spa-safe stain and scale treatment designed to protect spa surfaces, equipment and salt system cells from mineral buildup and metal staining.

Typical Applications

Used in spas and hot tubs when surfaces show signs of white scale, metallic stains or when a salt system cell is developing reduced performance due to scale buildup.

Usage & Compatibility Notes

Ensure spa water is balanced (pH, alkalinity, sanitizer and calcium hardness) before use. For initial treatment, dose approximately 8 oz per 200 gallons. For maintenance, about 1 oz per 200 gallons. If hardness exceeds 400 ppm, double the maintenance dose.

  • Inspect spa surfaces, heater shells and salt cell plates yearly for scale or stains.

  • Avoid mixing with biguanide-based sanitizer systems.
  • Keep the product stored in a cool, dry space and keep the container tightly sealed.

Return Policy:

  • All products, except as noted below, are eligible for return up to 30 days after receipt of item.
  • For returns, an RMA form must be filled out HERE or customers can call for additional help.
  • Shipping costs will be deducted from all returned items.
  • Any item that is missing accessories, original packaging, or is not returned in the same condition that it was received in, may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 100% based on the condition we receive it in. 
  • Items broken, damaged, or inoperable due to installer error will not be refunded.

  • If a light is returned because it "doesn't work" and it tests fine, the cost to ship and a re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
