Installation Instructions
- When your pool is warmed to your desired temperature, place the cover on the pool surface with the bubble side down toward the water.
- Center the cover and trim any excess if necessary (for overtime shrinkage, a small overlap may be trimmed).
- Use a cover reel or floatation device if desired for easier removal and storage.
- Remove the cover when the pool is used; replace immediately after use to maintain heat and reduce debris entry.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance
- Water not getting warmer: Check that the cover is centered, the bubble side is down and that the pool is exposed to sun. Also confirm there are no tears or large debris gaps.
- Cover sagging or folding inward: Ensure the cover fits the pool size and that any excess is trimmed or secured with side clips or straps to prevent waterlogging.
- Cover showing wear or holes: Inspect annually for punctures or thinning; small holes can compromise heating efficiency and allow increased evaporation.
Maintenance Tip
At the start and end of each swimming season, clean the cover with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly and let it dry before folding or storing. Store in a cool, shaded location away from sharp objects. Replacing the cover every few seasons ensures it continues to deliver optimal heating and evaporation control.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- Chemical products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

- Opened seals and o-rings are not eligible for return.
- Capacitors are not eligible for return.

- Automation components and circuit boards are not eligible for return.
- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
