Applications & Compatibility
Used to treat scale and mineral deposits forming at the waterline or other exposed surfaces in swimming pools. Ideal for addressing stubborn buildup where conventional brushing or acid wash is undesirable or impractical. Confirm that the surface material is safe for treatment and allow proper rinsing afterwards.
Installation Instructions
- Ensure the surface to be treated is clean, dry and free of debris.
- Apply the product full strength to the affected area using a spray bottle set to stream (not mist).
- Allow the treatment to penetrate the scale deposits, then brush or scrub as needed to remove loosened scale.
- Rinse the treated area thoroughly with fresh water.
- Repeat the process on additional areas as required while following safety precautions.
Troubleshooting
- Scale not loosening: Verify that the product was applied full strength and that the surface was dry and properly prepped.
- Streak or residue remaining: Ensure complete rinsing, and if necessary, repeat treatment on persistent deposits.
- Surface damage concerns: Confirm the product is safe for the material being treated and test a small area first.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
