Installation Instructions
- Turn off the pump and relieve all system pressure before installation.
- Position the flowmeter on a straight, horizontal section of pipe for best accuracy.
- Install using the supplied clamps and gasket; tighten evenly to ensure a proper seal.
- Ensure the meter body is level and oriented correctly for readable flow direction.
- Restore system flow and verify smooth float movement and steady readings.
Troubleshooting
- Float not moving or irregular readings: Check for air pockets, debris buildup, or incorrect mounting angle.
- Leakage at clamps: Recheck clamp tension, ensure the gasket is seated evenly, and confirm proper pipe fit.
- Inaccurate readings: Make sure the meter is installed on a straight run of pipe away from elbows or turbulence sources.
Maintenance Tip
Inspect the flowmeter regularly to ensure the float moves freely and the scale remains visible. Clean the inside of the acrylic tube with a soft brush or mild detergent as needed. Proper maintenance ensures consistent accuracy and helps prevent system imbalance or flow-related issues.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
