Usage Instructions
- Shut off the pump and relieve system pressure prior to servicing the filter.
- Remove or partially expose the filter cartridge element according to manufacturer’s directions.
- Spray the cleaner generously onto the filter pleats, starting at the top and moving downward at a 45° angle. Focus between the pleats for best penetration.
- Allow the cleaner to dwell for 5–10 minutes to loosen embedded soils.
- Rinse thoroughly using a garden hose with moderate force, again targeting between the pleats until run-off is clear.
- Allow the cartridge to dry slightly and reinstall. Prime the system and check for normal pressure and flow.
Troubleshooting & Tips
- High pressure or poor flow after cleaning: Ensure all debris and clotting between pleats has been removed; consider a full soak with cleaner if spray alone doesn’t restore flow.
- Persistent film or oil residues: Use the spray cleaner in a diluted soak overnight before rinsing to fully remove oily deposits.
- Unit not used regularly: Even if cartridge appears clean, periodic use of BIOCART32 prevents build-up of non-soluble organics and improves long-term performance.
Maintenance Tip
For best results, incorporate a cartridge spray clean using BIOCART32 at least once per pool season, or more frequently in high usage, heavy-oil load or salt-water systems. Along with regular rinsing, the spray cleaner helps maintain optimal filter efficiency, lower pressure rise, and longer cartridge life.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
