Application & Installation Tips
- Ensure the repair area is clean, free of loose debris, algae or slime before applying. Rinse and scrub as needed before patching.
- Cut equal parts of resin and hardener, knead thoroughly until a uniform color is reached, then work the putty firmly into the damaged area. For best adhesion, press it deep into cracks or uneven surfaces.
- At least 1⁄16″ (≈1.5 mm) thickness is recommended to prevent shrinkage or sag during cure.
- If patching above water, smooth the surface with a wet sponge before curing. If underwater, mold firmly — water pressure will help seat the putty.
- Allow full cure time before refilling (if drained) or resuming normal pool use — curing speed is influenced by temperature (warmer water accelerates cure). Do not disturb the repair until fully set.
- Store unused putty in a cool, dry place to prolong shelf life; avoid extreme heat or freezing.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.

- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.

- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
