Applications & Compatibility
This lubricant is perfect when servicing pool equipment: skimmer lids, pump trap covers, valve bodies, O-ring seals, and other dynamic components where rubber/plastic contact occurs. Especially suitable for saltwater pools, bromine systems and high-use service situations.
Installation Instructions
- Ensure the system is depressurized and equipment is shut down before servicing.
- Clean the sealing surfaces and O-rings of old lubricant or debris.
- Apply a thin film of Magic Lube II to the O-ring or gasket and mating surface.
- Install the part (lid, valve cover, etc.) and verify proper seating and no leak paths.
- Restore system operation and check for sealing integrity and expected motion of parts.
Troubleshooting
- Seal leaks or drips: Confirm correct part size, ensure O-ring is in good shape and fully coated.
- Parts sticking or binding: Check for excessive application, plastic degradation or incorrect lubricant type.
- Damage to O-ring or gasket material: Replace the seal and use Magic Lube II to help protect the new part from chemical attack.
Maintenance Tip
Keep a tube of Magic Lube II in your technician kit. Use it every time you service O-rings, pump lids, skimmers, valves or other dynamic connections. Regular lubrication helps prevent premature seal failure, leaks and service callbacks—especially in high-use commercial or saltwater setups.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.
- Please complete the return form to receive your RMA number and return shipping label.
- Chemical products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

- Opened seals and o-rings are not eligible for return.
- Capacitors are not eligible for return.

- Automation components and circuit boards are not eligible for return.
- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
