The Pentair 230066 is a 6-port low profile retro kit for compatible Pentair In-Floor and formerly A&A Manufacturing in-floor pool cleaning valve systems. This kit is used to retrofit and rebuild select 6-port low profile water actuator valves to help restore proper zone rotation, water distribution, and cleaning system performance.

This kit is commonly used when the internal valve components are worn, damaged, sticking, or no longer cycling correctly between cleaning zones. It is designed for compatible side-feed, low-profile 6-port valve applications and is not intended for top-feed, 2-port, or 3-port valve systems.

Compatibility

This retro kit is intended for compatible 6-port low profile Pentair/A&A in-floor cleaning valves. Before ordering, confirm that the existing valve is a low profile 6-port valve and verify the original part number, valve style, and system type.

Important Notes

  • This is a retrofit kit for select low profile 6-port valves.
  • This is not a complete valve housing, lid assembly, clamp, or complete actuator valve.
  • Not intended for 2-port, 3-port, top-feed, or non-compatible valve systems.
  • Valve lid, band clamp, housing, and additional external parts are sold separately unless otherwise stated.
  • Professional installation is recommended to ensure proper alignment and valve operation.

Maintenance Tips

  • Turn off the pool pump and relieve system pressure before opening the valve.
  • Inspect the valve lid, O-ring, band clamp, housing, cam, impeller, and internal parts while servicing the valve.
  • Keep the pool filter clean to maintain proper pressure and water flow through the in-floor valve.
  • Check for leaks around the lid and clamp after restarting the system.
  • If the valve continues to skip zones, stick, or fail to rotate after rebuilding, inspect the valve housing and remaining internal components for damage.

Return Policy:

  • Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
  • Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
  • To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
  • Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
  • Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
  • We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.
  • Please complete the return form to receive your RMA number and return shipping label.
  • Chemical products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
  • The Pentair Colorsync 618031 is not eligible for return.
  • Pool cleaners are not eligible for return.
  • Opened seals and o-rings are not eligible for return.
  • Capacitors are not eligible for return.
  • Plastic popup tools are not eligible for return.
  • Automation components and circuit boards are not eligible for return.
  • If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
