We Sponsored the 10th Annual Steps for Vets 5K with U.S.VETS Phoenix

This past Saturday, May 2nd, Aqua Pool Supply was proud to sponsor and attend the 10th Annual Steps for Vets — Run, Walk, Roll 5K at Rose Mofford Sports Complex, hosted by U.S.VETS Phoenix. Our team members Zak and Nancy were on-site to help out, support the cause, and connect with the incredible community of veterans, families, and supporters who turned out for the day.

Why We Got Involved

U.S.VETS Phoenix does life-changing work — providing housing, counseling, case management, and workforce support to veterans and their families across the Valley. Every dollar raised at Steps for Vets goes directly to those programs. For us, that's exactly the kind of cause worth showing up for.

A Special Thank You to Becky & Soul Bae Merch

The gray Steps for Vets shirts our team wore were generously donated by Becky Hernandez and her brand Soul Bae Merch. Becky, thank you — your support meant we got to show up looking unified and proud, and it freed up resources to put toward the cause itself. We're lucky to have family who shows up like this.

At the Booth

We set up our booth with sunglasses, giveaways, and information for everyone stopping by. Zak and Nancy spent the morning meeting participants, chatting with fellow sponsors, and cheering on runners, walkers, and rollers as they came across the course. The energy at Rose Mofford was exactly what you'd hope for — purposeful, upbeat, and full of community.
